Sparkling wine – a tingling pleasure

Sparkling wine has many names: Champagne, Crémant, Cava, Spumante, Prosecco, Sekt. In many places, sparkling wines are created from still wines by means of secondary fermentation – from dry to sweet. They are among the most scintillating that the world of wine has to offer, and it is no surprise that they are becoming more and more popular. Brilliant sparklers from the Delinat vintner

Delinat offers a wide-ranging and attractive selection of sparkling wines, such as the Espriu Brut Reserva, a Classic Penedès from the Catalonian region where Cava was invented. The Albet i Noya vineyard, a long-standing Delinat producer, has perfected and polished up the process. Similarly popular is the Delsecco from the Hirschhof vineyard in Rheinhessen, an aperitif wine with a certain something.
