Mignechi Nero d'Avola
Massimo Maggio’s vines in the wildlife park on Lago Biviere deliver only minimal yield and they have to be laboriously cultivated by hand. To compensate for this, the winegrower is rewarded with highly aromatic grapes from which this barrel-aged Nero d’Avola emerges. A three-snail wine that meets the highest ecological standards and enriches any (banquet) table.

Cherry-red; a bouquet including plum purée and redcurrants, toasty aromas of mocha and leather; mellow on the palate, fine-grained tannin, powerful and yet nervous, tangy finish
